Genuinely vetted
ID-verified, criminal record check, in-person interview, and a handling skills test before they ever meet your dog. We reject more applicants than we accept.
PawValet · Dubai est. Bruno, 2025
Dubai's first properly run dog walking service. Vetted walkers, real insurance, climate-smart hours, and WhatsApp updates from start to sniff — built for parents who notice the difference.
Bruno · the brand origin
Bruno · Jumeirah Park
ID-verified, criminal record check, in-person interview, and a handling skills test before they ever meet your dog. We reject more applicants than we accept.
Commercial public liability and pet-injury cover on every booking. Your dog, your home, your neighbours — protected. We tell you the dollar figure, not just "we're insured."
From May to October we walk before 8am and after 6pm. No exceptions. Paw-pad temperature checks, water breaks, and shaded-route suggestions are standard.
Live walk map, pickup photo, mid-walk note, home-safe confirmation, pee/poo log — straight to your WhatsApp. The way Dubai actually communicates.
From your walker, Maria
Five WhatsApp messages over fifty minutes. Two photos. One return-home note. No app to install, no badges to clear, no "tap to see more." If your dog gets a slow morning because of the heat, you'll know exactly why.
Maria signs in at your door. You get her name, photo and ETA back. Pickup
Live walk map shared. Sniff stops marked. You can watch or not. Mid-walk
Water break, paw-pad check, photo. Anything unusual — flagged. Health
Home, water bowl refilled, leash hung, pee + poo logged. Door locked. Return
He's a rescue. He's also the reason PawValet exists.
Bruno came home with us in April 2025 — abandoned by a backyard breeder, about a year and a half old as far as the vet could tell. He weighed twenty-five kilos. Most of it was fear. For the first month he slept in a corner with his back to the wall and his eyes on the door.
In the year since, we tried four different walkers for him — a building gardener, a friend's nanny, a security guard, a Pakistani gentleman from a community WhatsApp group. Some were wonderful. Some never came back. None of them ever made us feel calm when we were at work.
So we built the service we wished existed when Bruno first came home. The photo updates, the climate rules, the WhatsApp ping when he's safely back inside — every detail here exists because Bruno needed it first.
We don't want to be Dubai's biggest dog walking service. We want to be the one your vet recommends.
The thesis
Designed to take less than a minute. Designed so you can be in a meeting while your dog gets the walk of his week.
Step one · once
Name, breed, weight, energy level, quirks, neighbourhood. We use this to match the right walker — not the closest one.
Step two · per walk
50 minutes, solo or shared. Climate-aware time slots. Transparent all-in price, every line itemised — no surprises, no surge.
Step three · live
Live map. Photos at pickup, mid-walk and return. A WhatsApp note when your dog is home, watered, and napping. Done.
A sample of the first walkers being onboarded. Every profile shows what they specialise in, where they walk, and which dogs they handle best.

We're collecting early interest now while we build the tech stack behind PawValet. The full service goes live October 2026 — timed for the start of Dubai's cooler walking season. Two minutes to save your spot; the neighbourhoods with the most signups get served first.
We're building Dubai's first proper dog walking workforce. Real visas, real insurance, real pay — not cash-in-hand chaos. Walkers earn AED 45–80 per walk plus 100% of tips. We take 10–15%, far less than any global platform.
We go fully operational in October 2026 — timed for the start of Dubai's cooler walking season. Right now we're building the technology and collecting early waitlist interest. The neighbourhoods with the most signups go live first, and the Founding 100 lock in 50% off their first month plus priority booking when October hits.
Because the rhythm is what makes the service reliable. Your walker spends 50 minutes with your dog, then has 10 minutes to wrap up, write your WhatsApp update, and arrive at the next family — exactly on the hour. Every booking starts on time. No walker is ever rushing your dog because they're late for the next one. Predictable rhythm is what separates a real service from a freelance scramble.
Three things: insurance (AED 2M on every booking, not a vague claim), vetting (background check, in-person interview, handling test — most applicants don't make it through), and a paper trail (every walk has a map, photos, and a WhatsApp log so if anything goes wrong, you're not piecing it together yourself).
From May to October we only walk between 06:00–08:00 and 18:00–22:00. Walkers check paw-pad temperature on the pavement before stepping off the kerb. If it's over the limit, the walk becomes a shaded loop, an indoor enrichment session, or it gets rescheduled — your call. You won't be charged for a walk that didn't happen.
Yes — and we strongly encourage it for nervous or reactive dogs. The Morning Rise subscription locks in the same walker seven mornings a week. Pay-per-walk customers can star a preferred walker and we'll prioritise matching when they're available.
The base rate goes to your walker. We then add 10% insurance (commercial public liability + pet-injury cover), 10% platform service (everything from vetting to dispatch to dispute resolution), and 5% UAE VAT. Every line is itemised at checkout — no surge pricing, no holiday surcharges that aren't disclosed upfront.
We follow Dubai Municipality regulations. Pit Bulls, Japanese Tosas, and wolf hybrids are banned in the UAE and we will not handle them. Mastiffs, Rottweilers, and other regulated breeds we walk solo only, on a short non-retractable leash and muzzled in public, as the law requires. We'll confirm your dog's status during onboarding.
